Thank you...
if you took the time to communicate with me and turn in a final or progress video. There are some excellent videos being produced!
Caleb-you must remove the toilet scene, or...
If you can not working on your main assignment, you should be working on tutorials. Cards and random videos are not suitable class activities. Look above at the tutorial tab, if you are not able to find your own tutorials. If you are having trouble figuring out what to do, and you do not talk to me, we will move to daily work grades. I would rather you find video related activities that you would enjoy doing.

Friday
The Google turn in folder is filling up nicely. Everyone should have something in the folder today!
Great questions coming as well. I think that I answered everyone. If you need action from me for your grade, and you do not see a change by Saturday. It is very ok to remind me. I am feeling rough, so I am not retaining every detail that I normally would.
Keep working hard. If you can not work on your video, or script for some reason, find another tutorial. There are lots of fun ones to try.

Progress Reports!!!!!
I graded your scripts for Music Video/Promotional/Stop Motion today. Many people are missing this script. Get it finished and shared with me this week.
Drop me a note about the progress on Music Video/Promotional/Stop Motion.
Check your email to share your Horror/Action/Comedy video or video progress with me this week. Exercise #2 can be shared with me through this folder as well. Just label things well.
If you are stuck at school because you are waiting on actors, remember that there is one more required exercise of your choice to complete.
If you have evaluations to turn in, give them to Mrs. Duchac. She can send things home to me or I am picking things up (as some of you have seen).
Keep up the good work.

We have been looking at stop motion, music videos and commercials over the last couple of weeks. They offer fun options separately, or as we have seen in class, combined together.
We we will working on scripts this week. The rough draft is due this Wednesday. It must be on the document I shared with you a couple of weeks ago. If the script is not on this document, you will only receive up to half credit for it.
You will be required to have 30 to 40 3 to 5 second shots planned out for this video. Points will be deducted for longer shots that can be broken down with multiple perspective shots of a scene. Stop motion is the exception. It will require a minimum of 90 shots (that is a 1-1/2 minute video not including any titles or credits) to be considered complete.
Commercials can be 1 to 3 minutes long, but must have lots of interesting shots to keep the audience watching.
The tone of this video can be fun, serious, creative, entertaining, inspirational. Take charge of this piece, and make something you really relate to.
The second exercise is due before break. Please don't forget to get it turned in.
